There’s a raging fire looking for a spark, Let it light you up… Let it light you up… I’ll get back up for good this time. I ain’t coming down! I’ll get back up cuz my whole life, I was lost, and now I’m found. It’s the dawn of a new day…new day. It’s the dawn of a new day coming. It’s the dawn of a new day…new day. It’s the dawn of a new day!
Presentations, seemingly basic (initially), were often shared – that each could be touched by highestcomplexity. Promises were given – that the blind could see. Miracles took hold – that the bound (to certain death) could be freed.
Vision (without listening to/sent as) during the solo/lead (heard/seen): 1) This is what it looks like (presence/reaction from God) when one (prodigal) comes back. 2) This is a reward – to hear, then see (presence/reaction from God).
I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
This shared vision was beyond sight/alsotangibly experienced – where both present and past entities of a self exist:
Present, as Past
A shining, robed group comes together in a subterranean area. As if taken there, one at the back of the gathering watches and listens. While the others stand over an alabaster casket with a hallowed form, they say “The secrets of John the Baptist are within this White Cross.” Thereafter, it was opened, and as they were looking in something could be heard (from beyond them): “The contents reveal to be …” [missing word is to remain secret].
Past, as Present
Next, Christ’s followers are searching on hillsides (after the resurrection), exclaiming “Jesus, Jesus” – in the air of “Where are you?” At the same time, but across from the latter, now as one traveling on a path among a small crowd of further followers, [he] relives looking just behind on a recent walk to glimpse at who was hidden, and sharing glances. Then, with a related yet distinctly different turmoil than the searchers, [he] said to another “I knew that it was Him. He told me not to say who He was.”
Throw me a penny and I’ll make you a dream
You find that life’s not always what it seems, no no
Then think of a rainbow and I’ll make it come real
Roll me, I’m a never ending wheel
I’ll give you a star
So you know just where you are
Don’t you know that I might be
Your wishing well
Your wishing well
Look in the water, tell me what do you see
Reflections of the love you give to me
Love isn’t money, it’s not something you buy
So let me fill myself with tears you cry, and why?
Time is a never ending journey
Love is a never ending smile
Give me a sign to build a dream on
Dream on…
Yeah, Throw me a penny and I’ll make you a dream
You find that life’s not always what it seems, no no
Love isn’t money, it’s not something you buy
So let me fill myself with tears you cry
I’ll give you a star
So you know just where you are
Someday, some way, you’ll feel the things I say
Dream for a while
Of the things that make you smile
‘Cause you know
Don’t you know
Oh, you know
That I’m your wishing well
Your wishing well
Your wishing well
I wish you well
I’m your wishing well
Robert Shetterly’s Americans Who Tell the Truthportraits and narratives highlight citizens who courageously address issues of social, environmental, and economic fairness. By combining art and other media, AWTT offers resources to inspire a new generation of engaged Americans who will act for the common good. . . .
“All we say to America is, ‘Be true to what you said on paper.’ If I lived in China or even Russia, or any totalitarian country, maybe I could understand the denial of certain basic 1st Amendment privileges, because they hadn’t committed themselves to that over there. But somewhere I read of the Freedom of Assembly. Somewhere I read of the Freedom of Speech. Somewhere I read of the Freedom of the Press. Somewhere I read that the greatness of America is the Right to Protest – for Right.”
“Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” ^^^
“Nonviolence does not mean meek submission to the will of the evil doer, but it means the pitting of one’s whole soul against the will of the tyrant. Working under this law of our being, it is possible for a single individual to defy the whole might of an unjust empire to save his honour, his religion, his soul and lay . . . the foundations for that empire’s fall or its regeneration.” Gandhi

“Political language … is designed to make lies sound truthfuland murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind. One cannot change this all in a moment, but one can at least change one’s own habits, and from time to time one can even, if one jeers loudly enough, send some worn-out and useless phrase – some jackboot, Achilles’ heel, hotbed, melting pot, acid test, veritable inferno or other lump of verbal refuse – into the dustbin where it belongs.” George Orwell
Your reason and your passion are the rudder and the sails of your seafaring soul. If either your sails or your rudder be broken, you can but toss and drift, or else be held at a standstill in mid-seas.
For reason, ruling alone, is a force confining; and passion, unattended, is a flame that burns to its own destruction. Therefore let your soul exalt your reason to the height of passion, that it may sing; And let it direct your passion with reason, that your passion may live through its own daily resurrection, and like the phoenix rise above its own ashes.
Mary: And well I remember how once He raised His hand towards the sky, and His parted fingers were like the branches of an elm. And I remember Him pacing the evening. He was not walking. He Himself was a road above the road; even as a cloud above the earth that would descend to refresh the earth.
Love, I get so lost sometimes
Days pass and this emptiness fills my heart
When I want to run away, I drive off in my car
But whichever way I go, I come back to the place you are
All my instincts, they return
And the grand facade, so soon will burn
Without a noise, without my pride
I reach out from the inside
In your eyes, the light, the heat
(In your eyes) I am complete
(In your eyes) I see the doorway
(In your eyes) To a thousand churches
(In your eyes) The resolution
(In your eyes) Of all the fruitless searches
(In your eyes) Oh, I see the light and the heat
(In your eyes, the light, the heat)
Oh, I want to be that complete
I want to touch the light, the heat I see in your eyes
Love, I don’t like to see so much pain
So much wasted and this moment keeps slipping away
I get so tired of working so hard for our survival
I look to the time with you to keep me awake and alive
And all my instincts, they return
And the grand façade, so soon will burn
Without a noise, without my pride
I reach out from the inside
In your eyes (your eyes, your eyes)
In your eyes
In your eyes, the light, the heat
(In your eyes) I am complete
(In your eyes) I see the doorway to a thousand churches
(In your eyes) The resolution
(In your eyes) Of all the fruitless searches
Oh, I see the light and the heat
(In your eyes) Oh, I want to be that complete
I want to touch the light, the heat I see in your eyes
In your eyes
In your eyes, in your eyes
You may be a preacher with your spiritual pride
You may be a city councilman taking bribes on the side
But you’re gonna have to serve somebody, yes indeed
You’re gonna have to serve somebody,
It may be the devil or it may be the Lord But you’re gonna have to serve somebody.
The family that Jesus knows he belongs toand belongs to forever—and the family he wants everyone else to belong to—is the family of the lovers of God; it is this family that must spread all over the earth, and spread its warmth and charity and passionate concern for just conditions into every corner of human society if human life is to become divine.
With a keyed focus on the heart (and sharing) of God’s Love, imagine being deeply loved by your earthly father and how it felt or feels to return/share in that love. Then, imagine (possibly as a new beginning) a personal visit from the heavenly Father showing love for you ten times beyond – with a resulting embrace and envelopment that nothing on earth could take away. Following, imagine Jesus Christ giving you an infallible message (Gift) (for all), in these days:
After being overwhelmed with meaning (and emotion), would you then seek (ceaselessly)? : “How much love as this could there be?” This kind of focus – on His family, and how much they want us to know we are welcomed within, if we would only open our arms (and accept their hands), may awaken, again, in such depth that matters here are overcome to sucha spiritual extent – where nothing can erase it.
Saint Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.
Soul of Christ, sanctify me
Body of Christ, save me
Blood of Christ, inebriate me
Water from the side of Christ, wash me
Passion of Christ, strengthen me
O good Jesus, hear me
Within Thy wounds hide me
Let me never be separated from you;
From the malicious enemy defend me
In the hour of my death call me
And bid me to come unto Thee
That with your saints, I may praise you
Forever and ever Amen
What is stronger, one minute, one moment of a Miracle
(of the Holy Spirit), or seven days of torture (afterward)?
The moment[s] are Forever. The torture is temporary.
What outweighs, should those days become relentless,
in correspondence – even over an entire lifetime?
There is a Promise:
No matter what we face or how much we face it,
an ongoing fact of deliverance can still be lived, regardless –
for there is another life awaiting, where we are to be delivered
(from these clutches), eternally, thereafter.
Once we are born again, nothing outweighs this Truth.
Many people (and spirits) have been on missions. Many people (and spirits) have also been guided, as well as misguided. Many people (and spirits) have had agendas – some pure with open (true) light and messages, some pure with (purposely) hidden light and messages – while others who were corroded with (false) illumination fulfilled services for the original source of malice, some unreservedly confident, and some concealed though concerted.
In this case/instance, after a few questions and upon objective research, one might find a revealing basis for Bart D. Ehrman’slong history of continually expounding (as a scholar, he rarely fails to point out) his discounting discoveries/”realizations” (in the most public forums possible) about Jesus Christ. Ask yourself, first, regarding his articles, books, or appearances (in this area), is he a believer? Ask yourself, next, did he ever believe (in the Son of God sent and sacrificed as a Savior)? Following, search previous “works” with associated focuses in multiple “efforts” over various years. Through each step, the bottom line answers should eventually become clear.
Has the driven nature of his learned discourse in relation to the “King of Kings” sincerely evolved with concurrently promoted presentations? Or, has it always been just a supposed sharing of studied consummations – which were both (actually) goal-oriented and patently subjective (beyond sight) from the onset?
Alternate Headline: “Malala’s Faith: Standing as a Voice of Courage (Who Will Listen?) Actual Headline: “Taliban Unrepentant: Vows to kill young activist – if she survives.”
Sheer “ignorance” and pure hypocrisycontinue, as imposed by a (dwindling) minority force – those who have opportunities to utilize intelligence and available “knowledge” – but refuse to accept (awakening) winds of change. There are combinations, of course – where utilization and availability are realized (to degrees/stages), yet control, thus power, must (as some deem necessary) override – since freedom of access might infringe upon entitled goals. Surah 4. An-Nisaa, 17: “Allah accepts only the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and (their) foolishness and repent soon afterwards; To them will Allah turn in mercy: For Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.” Jesus The Son of Man:” “But I tolerate not the hypocrite, because he himself lays a yoke upon the guileless and the yielding.”
As noted/sung by Cat Stevens (Yusuf Islam), “deceit kills the light.” If women and female children are denied equal education windows, what does that say/represent about the Fear in related men (and how far deceptions may shadow – over thousands of years, like stoning)? It is possible, while “On the Road to Find Out,” to “kick out the devil’s sin” and “pick up [a] good book” – without denying one’s growth through learning (advancements), and especially without denying others the same. Surah 4. An-Nisaa, 1: “He (Allah) created his mate of similar nature.” John 8:7:“He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.”
WindWoods
Here is the Truth that invites. Now is the Chance to realize.
As a liberal (progressive) of/with higher education, my disgust while reading this (blind, but supposedly enlightened) diatribe only grew. From Jesus Christ pictured on a dinosaur to “religion as parable/myth” to “Jesus literally flew up out of a cave and into the sky” to “Here is the body of Jesus,” Mark Morford succeeded in revealing himself to be just as hypocritical, ignorant, abusive, and lost as most of those he so gleefully sought to ridicule in a public forum.
Numerous “university professors and scientists [who] identify as Democrat/progressive” also believe in Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and God. To them, “reading” the Bible is taken as a “complex” journey – where the literal, figurative, allegorical, and poetic language within collected stories of those obviously inspired and guided beyond earthly possibilities enhances their “critical” and “analytical” “thinking,” while also lifting spiritually.
Along these lines, how many people are mocked throughout history? From the most common to the most prominent, to him it would seem that followers of Moses were laughingstock material, just as those who were willing to be crucified (or burned to death, etc.) in the name of Jesus. For believing, was Thomas Jefferson another idiot for joke routines? What about Lincoln? Was Martin Luther King a fool to be mocked for rising to such levels based on cartooned centers? For any that do believe (simply or complexly), to him the answer is clearly “yes” – regardless of “infallible proofs” (Acts 1:3) or any other truths.
Note: Not all Christians are behind the times in intellectual development (i.e., thinking the earth was created 6,000 years ago: 2 Peter 3:8 But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.).
Note: Not all Christians attack atheists with vitriol and half-wit monikers/denunciations.
And then, when he has been “[led] straight to” “a more open-minded” view than he ever imagined, may he experience all the necessary paths (from a bottomless void) of seeking forgiveness and true enlightenment that long lines of soulless derision require.
Obviously, some “Liberals [do actually] hate God [or will go to any extremes to deny His existence].” “Was it a terribly elitist and unkind thing to say? Sort of.”
1. And there I saw One who had a head of days,
And His head was white like wool, And with Him was another being whose countenance had the appearance of a man, And his face was full of graciousness, like one of the holy angels.
Luke 15:11-32 And He said, “A man had two sons.
The younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the share of the estate that falls to me.’ So he divided his wealth between them.
[Note: These reflections/expressions are not, of course, all-inclusive – for not even a book could cover/honor the full extent (and power) of His sharing (gift) – through only one short story.]
This is but one of many paramount examples (for us/to us) of models, morals, greater pictures, teaching, and of guidance (if accepted). Moreover, it was another brief (yet phenomenal) moment in the earthly life of Jesus Christ. How could a simple man have moved small and, eventually, broad masses by way of (among others) telling parables – where people were converted, (with questions regarding “mysteries,” but) without doubts, both during the actual (“noble”) hearing, as well as after (to the present day)? Within proper focuses, wherein one is seeking, beyond the chains of a physical body/mind, that he or she may be truly open – the same is possible now. Still, and as ongoing evidence of the most pristine natures, though those openings may even be closed, the possibilities of a converting discovery remain (and are often fulfilled, as they were then). Watch. Read. Listen – (Imagine) while leaving the world behind. Becomethe Prodigal Son (in Spirit). Experience his journey, at that time – then return, where transference allows circumstantial culminations at this time. Learn the lessons. And when you come back, you may find yourself in another (present) place, another light, and at a new door.
A Father
What did/does this father represent? In having built a legacy not only sufficient for himself, but also for passing on to heirs, he had obviously achieved success. That accomplishment, however, was (crucially) evident as one attained without being overtaken by earthly enticements. As (a) their teacher, his sons were taught (incrementally) – to first follow, then learn – to be (altruistically) led as they grew learned – before attempts at teaching. As (a) their provider, virtues were among the most important provisions (good work, patience, moderation, perseverance, trust) – that they may be fulfilled, first – before attempts at providing. As (a) their guide, wisdom (clarity, higher strengths, gifts, and rewards) was shared, in stages, that they may become wise, first – before attempts at leading.
The Prodigal
Whereas one son reflected maturity (the father’s directions embraced, without significant falter), the younger succumbed to tests of faith: “[G]ive me [my] share [now].” Therein, though already (virtually) having more within touch (and eventual reach) than most could imagine (a house with servants, which would be considered a mansion, a beneficent and prosperous family, abundant resources, honorable hierarchal occupations, and expectations of ultimately receiving at least half of all resting on the foundation), he failed in cores – giving in to temptation.
While being led, there were always choices. Through (pathways of/to) trust, attaining enough comparative knowledge was possible, as offered (taught) – where the pitfalls of (recovering from) literal experience could be unnecessary: One may learn (of) the evils of riches innocently, while rich (or becoming), and resistantly overcome them as weighted lures. Or, one may learn (of) those evils ignorantly, via surroundings of birth with resultant (and chosen) tactile tainting, then struggle (tenfold) at critically belated junctures to reel in embedded anchors. Conclusively, one may also become the richest person in the world while rebuking – without having, or ever having had considerable money (or even a comfortable/acceptable place to live), thus, by way of creative provisions and guides, realize those bonds, yet (ultimately) bypass any lingering/threatening burdens (of tangible tarnishing).
For an essential period (childhood to the brink of manhood), the prodigal son experienced (advantaged) innocence. For the next, though substantial benefits for growth were always present, he relented to (chose) ignorance. Consequently, excesses deriving and satisfying from the lowest worldly and spiritual levels awaited. Instead of, for example, joining with a wholesome wife who principally sustained (a best friend, soul mate, an all-encompassing supporter, fundamental as well as erotic lover, and future mother), the possibility was also there to enjoy the exploitations of a long line of varied women – to be seduced by the power of being able to indulge any seductions, at whims.
Instead of sharing a rich roof, indefinitely, with a family (others), an impetuous partitioning of the riches within could release doors to selfish singularities. Where the previous protection collectively rewarded presents, incrementally (holding out increasingly more for futures), a divided covering could immediately bestow, individually. And that, if not turned away as a cycle, originates needs which must be continuously fed – for those new needs (desirous beyond balances) can only be filled momentarily. Along those paths, each indulgent endeavor will become more and more fleeting – as escalating emptiness ever-encroaches. As with hunger and thirst, if related callings are constantly answered with sweets and wine each void will temporarily close, yet any lifting will also become exponentially fugitive: instead of nourishing, constant gorging; instead of quenching, ever-deeper drowning. And that, after having cycled through available circles, is where he awoke – “starving to death” and dry.
When all means are used/accessed without forethought, upon facing fated or chanced famines why would one expect welcoming tables or pitchers? Therein, where compulsions were reduced to the bottom degrees of survival, his suffering then coincided (unpreparedly) with the poor’s incessant trials: To know the world’s weight, and to be broken by it – though maintaining last vestiges of spirit; to know a few others in the same vein have even triumphantly elevated theirs; to know no advantage – other than realizing the perseverance it takes for them to trudge onward (without crossing over to darkest sides), thus coming to understand passages via harshest terms: “It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” Those are among the points where remorse, if true (refreshingly selfless and learnedly reviving), can reward with cleansing evolution: meekness.
Return
From there, his center belatedly aware (literally), he chose a return – in hopes of mercy, that upon arrival he may only gain acceptance as one of the “servants”: ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ Remorse revealed and meekness sealed, he was immediately astonished:
“But the father said to his servants, ‘Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let’s have a feast and celebrate. For this son of mine . . . was lost and is found.’
As a result, further revelations followed. Where astonishment encountered compassion, it was also corresponding with a welcoming of ongoing development. This not only applied to the prodigal son, but the older brother as well. Was the younger allowed to leave (in love), yet, with the deepest desire that he would return – as the child, and man, the father always wanted him to (cumulatively) be? Was a call for celebration also reflective of an end to anguish? Toward the latter and former, the father was still teaching, providing, and guiding. In response to anger (‘All these years I’ve been slaving for you and never disobeyed your orders.’): ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. But we [must be] glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again.’ (Do not judge; understand.) In response to the possibility of losing a son to the other side being finally answered: triumphant joy and unforgettable forgiveness. (One may steadily progress on discovering paths if always seeking enlightening answers; upon each provoking turn, never cease in properly searching “why” – for that is a central key.)
Spiritual: The Father (and His Children)
In fuller extent (and ultimate power), what can/should this Father also represent (underlying and overall)? : the spiritual. What was created (built) and balanced by One? How much of the legacy was then shared (with heirs), altruistically – before the Gifts were betrayed? Yet still, even after the fall, Free Will remained – where the most relative choices were offered as invitations toward ongoing lessons. Within those possibilities, all sons and daughters, as progressive children, could reach maturity (and successively pure rewards), in stages – after enduring implicit or precise tests. Along the beginning and ending lines, many have been overcome. Along the same lines, many have also returned – in and from battles, after and until overcoming. Of these passages it may be undoubtedly known: Should (even) one of His offspring become Lost, there are fountains of tears. And, should (even) one of them find his or her way home, they will become Found —in the most flowing streams.
A Begotten Son
Again, it was only one short story/parable. But, as (historical and current) movements clearly convey, in a matter of a few moments He was able to enhance risings, within and without, then, just as He is succeeding today. Presentations, seemingly basic (initially), were often shared – that each could be touched by highest complexity. Promises were given – that the blind could see. Miracles took hold – that the bound (to certain death) could be freed.
A New Testament was scribed of a sent Son – that messages of the sacrificed could be revealed. Follow first, while accepting guidance – become wise and sealed.
Shared (02-25-2012): As far as Christ and the current wickedness covering our world, He is seeing every avenue, twist, and toll. There is
a Battle rising. The more the darkness steps up, the more the Light coincides. The more the darkness destroys, the more the Light restores (in preparation). The Time itself is rising — as the other side tries to reap and conquer all that it can — knowing that its time is limited to a certain span. Just before the end of that span, Victory is assured — as was written, for only one side. What each of us will be called upon to do during these (and those) times will vary (in levels). What each of us will experience during these (and those) times will vary (in levels). Yet, every calling/experience will be essential to the overall, to the Collective.
He is here with us, now. He is leading these efforts, now. He [was] watching while I wrote this. He will be watching while you read this.
He and the Father are preparing whatever and whoever needs to be prepared. And, when the time comes – […] all of us (whether after our earthly lives or during), as well as all of them, will witness the Truth, the fulfillment, and everything promised through the Word.
(05-03-2012) Imagine as a vision [purposely leading to “Y”]: A group within a subterranean area: “The secrets of John the Baptist are within this White Cross”: It is then opened. (The contents reveal to be. . . .) Next, followers are searching on the hillsides (after the resurrection): “Jesus?” “Jesus?” Traveling among a small crowd (across from the latter, and looking just behind – to glimpse at who was hidden):
“I knew that it was Him. He told me not to say who He was.”
Chris Hedges: “And there comes a time when a true follower of Jesus Christ must take a stand that’s neither safe nor politic nor popular but he must take a stand because it is right.” “Where is the church now? Where are the clergy? Why do so many church doors remain shut? Why do so many churches refuse to carry out the central mandate of the Christian Gospel and lift up the cross?”
“Some day they are going to have to answer the question:
‘Where were you when they crucified my Lord?'”
Gospel of Thomas, #108: “Whoever drinks from my mouth will become like me; I myself shall become that person, and the hidden things will be revealed to that person.”
Re: (12/25) “Why this insistence with appealing for religions’ support?”
“Christ of the Sermon on the mountain” is the focal point of the article/appeal: the Beatitudes. If you read/watch it, without nullifying every issue with historical atrocities (those that have occurred sacrilegiously not only in the name of God/Jesus, but from virtually every religion), current moments of teaching might shine through – moments which expose atrocities, implicitly and explicitly – while also emphasizing the coinciding and uplifting Truth: what was meant to be, as guided (Beatitudes/Sermon on the Mount), what has actually happened, and how the corrupted chapters can be confronted (as they have been in the past, so they may also be in the present).
It is a call– to bring together, to take what was learned (from all sides), throughout, to embrace the Light of previous dissenting Stands in the face of evil (where the Word’s directions were being manipulatively trashed), and to Triumph once again with current actions which implement this overall historical knowledge, for/in what is right – Now, in the face of another immediate crucial challenge – one whose textual ending is not yet (earthly) written, and one whose spiritual power is still reaching out to those who wish to accept roles in fulfilling its affinity.
As far as “Religions have always been not only on the side of power but power themselves,” if the choice is still possible, reread, review, rethink, and refocus. One-sided perspectives of such demeaning proportions most often have become wholly distorted because what was (diminutively) allowed within that schema only reflected (and enhanced) that which was already lost.
Regarding “Take Christ’s teaching as the teaching of one of the many enlightened people who walked on this planet but go as far away as you can from Christianity, a power and propaganda system that has never had anything in common with that Christ of the Sermon on the mountain” – many of those (throughout history) who took up (multifaceted) swords were indeed “enlightened” on various pristine levels, while encountering and experiencing (within/without) both the ultimate negative evolutions as well as the highest evolvements. During these same periods, a predominance of “another many” also believed they were “enlightened” – while sowing the darkest destruction across this earth (and into relative realms). Consequently, the latter feeding and fulfillment of the “other” side’s goals, blasphemously In His Name, for whatever then-current (and ongoing) reasons, was often countered and corresponded with the former ultimate Risings. In doing so, those warriors who were called upon by the very Light were being True to the teachings, messages, and guidance of the holy One, the begotten Son – “who walked this planet” as one of them, meekly – knowing that though His death was written in the utmost cause, His everlasting life would provide a path to God’s kingdom, and Their forever. They were not “go[ing] as far away as [they] [could] from Christianity,” they were getting ever-closer to the heart of it, thus accepting essential roles in distinct chapters (as intended, as requested, as scrolled and scribed, as manifested).
“Today is Christmas, so it may be a good day to also remember the victims of Christianity, compare to which Nazism and Stalinism fade as young apprentices. We may see just baby Jesus in the nativity and the lights in the Xmas tree, but that’s because we have been indoctrinated and made blind to our own history.”
In relation to those further words of complete derision, the following words (as the previous) are for resultant clarity in vision – may the outcome be an awakened cleansing, for without there will surely be an ending based on those wholly clouded decisions:
Our Father in heaven, who lives among and within us, the Judge of every one – Our Savior, the King of kings, the Lord of what will be done – may this sightless spirit be taught, that it may eventually see – may the direction headed be turned, as it directly opposes your promised eternity.
“Some day they are going to have to answer the question: ‘Where were you when they crucified my Lord?’” When that time comes, how will you answer?
The Virtuous Man Named Jesus Christ: “It is a [supposed] letter about Jesus written by Publius Lentutius, Pontio Pilato’s predecessor as the Governor of Judea, which he addressed to the Roman Emperor”: “Truthfully, Oh Caesar! wonderful things are heard about him every day that goes by. To explain it briefly, he resuscitates the dead and heals those who are sick. He is a medium size man, of benign looks, and greatest dignity, which is also reflected on his face, so that when a person is evaluating him, one infallibly feels the necessity of loving and fearing him.” The Gospel of Mary Magdalene: “Therefore let us atone, and become fully human, so that the Teacher can take root in us. Let us grow as he demanded of us, and walk forth to spread the gospel, without trying to lay down any rules and laws other than those he witnessed.” Whoever Jesus Was, He Wasn’t A Petty Partisan: Like Todd Wilkinson, many are sickened by the ongoing (and escalating) hijacking of every core precept within our originating belief system. (Years ago, Yusuf Islam expressed the same about his.) Current (U.S.) society is unceasingly blanketed with renewed perversions of sacred text, which seek to institutionalize Social Darwinism and Orwellianism – in Jesus’ name. (“This is an impressive crowd, the haves and the have-mores. Some people call you the elite. I call you my base.” It’s not torture when we implement all the darkest historical practices. It’s “enhanced interrogation.”) Indeed, “they are quick to persecute those who disagree with their politically-informed interpretations of scripture,” since an exclusive agenda must be rationalized – to whatever extremes are necessary – in order that the “fittest” of the “chosen” may continue to update the rules. In their eyes, the meek may inherit the earth, but only as tillers of their soil. Ever-expanding lawns of heavenly mansions will need to be cultivated, and the lowest-level subjects/servants will be content – but only after they finally accept those predestined provisions.
[Realization: Obscurityis not a problem when distinct paths are discovered, and prompted further – as gifts wished to be given. Within the trails, cycles most wonderedupon are often answered – beyond written words. Then, spiritual blessings reveal themselves – worlds, universes, and realms past our earthly expectations. These are the new beginnings most sought after, among the highest and truest courses.]
Interpretations and reactions relating to an out-of-body/after-death experience in “B.C.” would most likely differ essentially from those in the 21st century. A shared experience: one where (after dying) an individual (I) went up/out (per our cognizance level), and, after fleshly going through dimensions/realms, arrived at the feet of a large (Lincoln Memorial-size) entity sitting on something like a throne. Immediately thereafter, the traveler started to smile, while suddenly feeling an onset: overwhelming senses of cleansing purity – and Home. Then, just before going further, toward what was expected (like it had happened before), he heard a loud voice say “Go Down.” Thoroughly shocked, the individual then fell a long distance (without knowing why), eventually (after earthly clouds) approaching a Lake of Flamesas wide as a StarredCity. And finally, the (spiritual) person held back from screaming – until hitting those flames. What took place afterward could not be remembered upon coming back to (this) life.
In “B.C.” it might have been seen as unrealistic ranting from a nightmarish dream, or even an omen, relative to then-current mythology. To others, it may have been taken as a Vision, like certain stories considered for (and included in) the Bible. Through the 21st century, with distinct knowledge of The New Testament andJesus Christ(as well as contexts relating to “A History of Heaven: Journeys to Heaven”), one could also interpret/react as if the occurrence was actual, and a Gift(though profoundly disturbing) – since (this not being a focus of foretelling) a return (Deliverance) was possible. Most important, there is considerable doubt that the experience by way of an atheist (then or now) would leave him/her denyingGod’s Existence.
[This, initially, took place during childhood (9 years old), and was brought back in my teen years (13?) to re-experience beyond a vision (both spiritually and physically). Not until the early 30s (as other occurrences began to come) did I begin to try and fully grasp the magnitude.]
In relation to “The Bible’s Vindication” and “The Evolution of God”: We were given (our level of) minds in order that we may think (and grow) – not to be senseless puppets who blindly follow without intellect. Would God have a multifaceted personality? Would God also have a wide range of emotions (like us)? Would He be able to appeal/appear to Buddhists in a manner in which they might expect/understand? If so, wouldn’t He also do the same for Muslims, Jews, Native Americans, and Christians, etc.? Along the lines of overall history and the Bible, would it be irrational to think He might change His mind (at critical times) – thus, (over the most extreme circumstances) altering some necessary points? We were meant to look up – as well as within. Yes, we can go too far in questioning (if it is beyond distinctive respect, or what was written). Yet clearly, we are not sent here to be only kissing the ground, without ever searching for answers. Why? Because many were meant to be found.
