Yes, “prolonged exposure to psychological torture, including extreme stress, chronic anxiety and intense psychological trauma” is now covered as an “enhanced” technique. Yes, it is like “effectively [being] tortured to death,” but still covered. Yes, the enhancements are “a slow form of killing” targets.
