Blind Faith: Presence of The Lord

Presentations, seemingly basic (initially), were often shared – that each could be touched by highest complexity. Promises were given – that the blind could see. Miracles took hold – that the bound (to certain death) could be freed.

Vision (without listening to/sent as) during the solo/lead (heard/seen):
1) This is what it looks like (presence/reaction from God) when one (prodigal) comes back. 2) This is a reward – to hear, then see
(presence/reaction from God).

I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.
Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut up her mouth upon me.

Thou which has shown me great and sore troubles, shall quicken me again, and shall bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted.

I will declare the decree: the Lord has said unto me, You are my Son;
this day have I begotten thee.
Now know I that the Lord saves his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.

I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Lord God, within your very will, your very desire, your very Spirit, lift me, that I may go forward, that I may fulfill what you wish to be fulfilled –
in certitude, in fortitude, in truth.

Lord Is It Mine

I know that there’s a reason why I need to be alone
I know that there’s a silent place that I can call my own
Is it mine?
Oh, Lord, is it mine?

You know I get so weary from the battles in this life
And as many times it seems that you’re the only hope in sight
Is it mine?

When everything’s dark, and nothing seems right,
You don’t have to win, and there’s no need to fight

I never cease to wonder at the cruelty of this land
But it seems a time of sadness is a time to understand
Is it mine?

If only I could find a way
To feel your sweetness through the day
The love that shines around me could be mine
